Tropical Storm Nate left this wave in Dominical

Today's Date: Oct 17, 2017

The passage of the most devastating tropical storm in the history of Costa Rica, NATE, formed in spite of everything; a perfection of right wave that breaks before the mouth of the estuary in Playa Dominical, thanks to the accumulation of a new sandbar.

However, the version of the premises is that the depth of this is quite low, which is why the wipeout, becomes a consideration for those who decide to surf it with size.

"That wave was formed there recently. It made a sandbar after the storm and it was perfect, only it is very dry, you can not "wipe". Everyone leaves scraped, "said Erika Valverde, surfing the area.

"That wave comes out in the winter always, but this is the first time it looks perfect. Bankruptcy from the mouth, to Tortilla Flats (restaurant known in the area). This does not envy anything to Kelly Slater, it is very tubular, "he added.

Dominical WaveRider said: "The wave has been epic for a week, it changes a little every day and right now, the left is crazy. However, the right is the one that works best on the dry and filling tide. "
