Primero Evento con La Asociación Costarricense de Surf del Caribe

La Asociación Costarricense de Surf del Caribe organiza su primer circuito 2009/2010 en conjunto con la Federación Nacional de Surf.

Dicho circuito consta de 5 fechas más una fecha del circuito nacional con lo que se pretende incentivar en nuestra juventud dicho deporte que crece cada día más en país y en mundo entero y también sacar del olvido  a una provincia que se hunde en el olvido y la delincuencia.

Ya la Asociación cuenta con patrocinadores fuertes que se unen al sueño de un pueblo rico en cultura y deporte   pero nunca sobra el apoyo, por eso su presidente Cristian De La O y el presidente de la Federación Costarricense de Surf  José Ureña invitan a todas y todos a cooperar y ayudar al levante de dicho deporte en la provincia del Caribe.

De último momento la Asociación pretende llevar a las olas una modalidad que solo se a practicado en los ríos (playboating) o kayaks estilo libre para así fomentar dicha modalidad en eventos futuros, de momento los muchachos de dicha modalidad estarán en la primera fecha en playa bonita los días 18/19/20 dando una bonita exhibición en olas de muy alta peligrosidad haciendo sus más atractivas maniobras.

“A llegado la hora de limón” así lo dice el surfo experimentado y exselecionado nacional Marcos Picado (meneca) que espera con ansias la primera fecha del circuito para demostrar su talento en las olas.

En cuanto a jueces, la Asociación está realizando las respectivas capacitaciones con los reglamentos internacionales facilitados por la federación nacional de surf para así cumplir con los más altos niveles de jueceo .

De última hora se a integrado al staff de jueces a la joven Mónica Rojas por haber sacado la mejor calificación en el examen práctico realizado el último fin de semana.

"Con esto pretendemos hacer que todos los géneros sean parte de nuestro staff," dijo su presidente Cristian De La O.

Para terminar la Asociación y la Federación anuncian e invitan a todos al lanzamiento oficial de la página de internet de la A.C.S.C  en el newlife gim con una tremenda fiesta organizada por betzfm y insidesports. Es el 31 de Octubre a las 8 en la tarde.

The Costa Rica Surf Association of the Caribean is organizing their first 2009-2010 circuit in conjunction with the National Federation of Surf.

This circuit has 5 dates plus one date as part of the National circuit, which should give incentives to the youths in the sport to grow every day in the country and the world and also to never forget what province they came from and to raise them up from sinking in oblivion and crime.

The Association counts on strong support from sponsors to help realize the dream of a rich surf culture that has not had support in the past, and for that their president Christian De La O and the president of the Costa Rican Federation of Surf, José Ureña invites everyone to cooperate and help raise support in the Caribbean region.

Now the Association will see a type of surfing practiced in the rivers or by free style kayakers that give more attention to that style in future events. The moment for the kids to show their talent will be on the 18th to 20th at Playa Bonita, where the big dangerous surf can allow the best manuevers.

"Now is the time for Limon," said Marcos Picado (Meneca), who once represented the national team and is looking forward to the first date of the circuit to show his talent in the waves.

For the judging, the ACSC is following the international guidelines with the help of the National Federation of Surf in order to obtain the highest level of judges.

Just recently a group of judges were tested, and Monica Rojas passed with the highest score.

"This shows that we want all genres to be a part of our judging staff." said the president of ACSC, Christian De La O.

To end, the ACSC and the FSC want to invite everyone to come out to the official launch party of the ACSC webpage, with a big party at the New Life Gym, organized by BetzFM and Inside Sports. The date is set for October 31st at 8 p.m.
