Iguana Surf’s mission is to share our knowledge of the waves and instill a healthy respect and awareness of the ocean with travelers from all around the globe! Whether it be a beginner surf lesson at their Tamarindo surf shop or a week-long surf camp at their new Iguana Surf Beach Hotel, they take pride and feel it is a privilege to teach others the art of surfing. Their fail-proof teaching methods have been helping people learn how to surf since 1989. They have put it to the test in over 125,000 beginner surf lessons. Their primary focus is creating the best and safest surfing experience possible.
Each camp is 7 nights/8 days and runs from Saturday to Saturday. As a camper group, you arrive all together and leave all together….turning strangers into friends! All surf sessions are group lessons with a maximum of 4 campers/instructor.
