3. Volunteer for a non-profit – in Costa Rica you can help collect turtle eggs, do beach cleanups, observe dolphins and whales, or plant trees in the rainforest.
4. Support the local economy by taking a tour – go visit the National Parks, try snorkeling, rafting, or kayaking, and learn how the ocean’s ecosystems interact.
