Alejandro at Seafari Costa Rica - 5/15 - Fun times in May, Tamarindo got lit up with the now fading SW swell, all point breaks during mid tides, and the epic sand bar at the rivermouth within the lower tides made this area THE playground; long lefts of 3-4ft solid and consistent sets, either no wind or light on shore, making it a bit mushy but still strong and rideable; busy line ups despites the time of the year and over cast days which is a relief from the sunny days.
Langosta and its semi-secret breaks where on, 4ft solid & steep drops within the mid tides at cave town; crowded with old school locals, there were waves for all.
