Louis at Hotel Las Tortugas - 1/13 - The surf is in the shoulder to head high range with great shape and off-shores all day on most days.  The crowds come and go and there are good peaks working up and down the beach with long makable barrels. The tide is in the morning this week, and barely moving, so the morning window is 5 or 6 hours long and very organised. These are some of the best surf conditions of the year.
