Overview
Caribbean - Nada this weekend and through next week. Ankle to knee at best at the beach breaks. It should be great for snorkeling and scuba-diving.
Pacific - The SSW swell is still coming Friday, growing to 3.6 feet at 15 seconds, which means sets 2-4' feet overhead for the southern beaches of Costa Rica and 1-2 feet overhead for central and Northern beaches. The swell slowly fades Sunday and by Monday overhead sets are rare as it returns to chest to head high waves through the rest of next week.

AREA REPORTS
Northern Nicoya Peninsula
Louis at Hotel Las Tortugas - 3/27 -The surf is just the right size at head high plus, and both the morning and evening sessions have been excellent. The crowd comes and goes The perfect waves this morning had only a handful of surfers on the major peaks. The water is still chilly with all the off-shores but should warm up during the week as the wind dies down and the tides move into the morning sessions only.
Alejandro at Seafari Costa Rica - 3/25 - Beautiful clean conditions in Tamarindo 2-3ft waves, off shore breeze, all breaks are activated by the SW swell, water temperature in the low 70's, very busy sand bar and uncrowded river mouth. Every body super excited by the beginning of double sessions week. Avellanas is lit with 4ft waves at the river mouth and the point break further north, Lil Hawaii both pretty busy, but there are waves for all in each set.
Nosara
Chico at SurfingNosara.com - 3/27 - Another beautiful morning, with a strong offshore wind today guys. They waves has a run chest high to shoulder high, with the tide high, at the occasionally the good set coming a little closed out, a little more people at the water. Be careful with the strong wind.

Manuel Antonio / Dominical
Luis at Manuel Antonio Surf School - 3/26 - The waves are a little small in Manuel Antonio - about 3 feet with larger waves in Dominica at 4-5 feet. Morning conditions are clean with no wind but a little current. Best place to surf for beginners is Domincalito or Manuel Antonio.
Steve at Jazzys River House - 3/26 - Outstanding conditions the past few days with the infrequent return of peaky waves. Morning and evening higher tide sessions especially have been gifted with fair sized A-frames - some bigger set waves overhead and peeling right and left with equal ease. Long rides and clean, near glassy water have been common lately. Blue skies and hot days with no rain in sight for Dominical. Playa Hermosa South, Punta Dominical and even Dominicalito has enjoyed better than average conditions as well.
Southern Zone
Colin at Una Ola Surf Camp - 3/26 - The surf was tiny out front of the surf camp today. However, there were still some small waves at the rivermouth this morning. Light Zancudo winds most of the morning.
The Caribbean
Solspot - 3/27 - 2-3 feet with a dominant ENE short-period swell. Primary Swell: 5.1 ft. at 7.4 seconds 63 degrees (ENE). Small East-Northeast short-period swell steady.
