Overview
Caribbean - Solid surf this weekend with waves 1-2 feet overhead on the sets. Monday has a new pulse of ENE swell (14.3 ft at 10 seconds from 73 degrees) that pushes it close to double overhead. Then it drops back to overhead for the rest of the week.
Pacific - Friday and Saturday have smaller surf in the chest to head range, but Sunday a new SSW swell arrives 4.1 feet at 11 seconds which brings 1-2 foot overhead sets through Tuesday. Then it drops a foot, but stays consistent as a stronger SW begins to fill in and maxes on the 9th with waves reaching double overhead (4.3 feet at 18 seconds from 218 degrees).

Manuel Antonio / Dominical
Luis at Manuel Antonio Surf School - 6/26 - The best time to surf with the cleanest waves is around 8:00 during high tide. Low tide is about 2ft waves. The rip currents were not strong today.
Steve at Jazzys River House - 6/26 -
Is a small mess any better than a big mess? Either way it is messy and small out there this morning. Following several days of rain squalls and a 6.5 earthquake off the coast last night the morning high tide surf is in the 2'-4' range. The waves are inconsistent and scattered and mostly closed out. There is no one in the water anywhere on the beach and the sky is threatening rain. The wind is blowing strong from the south and chopping up the water to add to the confusion.
The points south: Punta Dominical, Dominicalito and Playa Hermosa South are faring no better; poor conditions all around.
Hotel Roca Verde is taking a short break from the live music schedule but the food is always great and the pleasant beachfront atmosphere is certainly a draw for family dining anytime.

Southern Zone
Colin at Una Ola Surf Camp - 6/25 - The surf looked good this morning on the high tide with waves in the chest to head high on the bigger sets. Light winds all day made for clean surfing conditions with the rains glassing it off this afternoon.
The Caribbean
Solspot - 6/18 -6-8 feet with a dominant ENE med-period swell. Primary Swell:
12.3ft. 9.5 seconds 75 degrees (ENE). East-Northeast med-period fading.
